Shaun Biegler

Shaun Biegler was raised in New England and brought up unschooled by his parents.

Through unschooling Shaun has been privileged to have traveled across the United States and visited more than twenty countries before reaching the age of twenty.

As he grew up, video games and virtual tabletop games became an integral part of building and keeping the connections he made while attending unschooling gatherings and camps.

Now an adult, gaming has continued to be an important hobby for Shaun, whether it’s spent together with friends online, at the table, or on his own enjoying his own private adventure.

Since 2022, Shaun has been a speaker at GameSchoolCon sharing his insights as a grown unschooler on how critical the act of playing is to childhood development and how to engage with it to strengthen connections within the family.
